The team of teachers for Pull Pen Paint 2023 has been announced, and I am thrilled to be one of them. Pull Pen Paint, led by Kiala Givehand, is a 10-month journey of self-discovery using signs, symbols, & systems in your spiritual & creative practice. This year is the 7th year of the program and includes a variety of monthly sessions and virtual retreats (1-day and 3-day). The class includes access to foundational lessons, recorded lessons throughout the year, live virtual sessions, a nurturing and welcoming community, a private discussion group (on Mighty Network) and a great deal of support and guidance to help you along the way. My session at the March retreat is called Making Time and it includes poetry, journaling, an intuitive creativity practice, and an awesome Tarot (or oracle card) spread. We waste so much time worrying about time! This session will invite reflection on how we navigate time and relate to time and how we can make the most of our time.
